![]() It's very short and can be completed in about 8 hours. The VN sections take over 80% of the gameplay time. The artwork and the character designs are pretty good. The story is pretty much non existent and is as generic as it can get, but Yuuki's plot is really big in this game and I suggest you pay extra attention to that because it's an integral and essential part of the game and this might be the reason you're buying this game some day lol It's all about the characters and the funny dialogues, game/anime references and interactions. I'd recommend this game only if it's really cheap and you're a big fan of both Neptunia and Senran Kagura characters. It is a low quality, low effort spin off title, but I had fun playing it. This game is a mixed bag to be honest, and I consider this more of a neutral review. My concern is they probably blow most of their budget on voice actors to read 5000 pages of dialogue, that is just banter and fluff, and then they don't have enough money to spend on the actual game. They talk so much without saying anything! If I ever hear "STEEMO LEGYUN!" again it would be too soon! The story is uhhhh let's just say it isn't for me. ![]() And getting projectiles thrown at off screen all the time. The combat while quite basic, feels good! But some mechanics are a bit unfair, like you can be damaged while doing your special moves, so you have no way to react. ![]() I hope they improve and build up on it in the future. What we have here is a base for a good game, but it isn't realized for some reason, probably due to the budget or engine limitations. You'd think with assets from both games, it would be bonkers! But no, it is so subtle and empty, and you'd mostly be fighting marshmallows. The music is especially really good!īut then the levels are super bland and with very lackluster enemy variety. ![]() Some things are done really well, like character models, animations, voice acting and music. I said No, but it is more of an in-between. ![]()
